Title: Chevron Renewable Energy Group Pledges $50,000 Toward New Home

We are excited to announce the generous support of Chevron Renewable Energy Group toward the building of our 8th home, scheduled to be constructed in 2023. With a waiting list of 50 referrals for 24-hour and/or hourly SCL supports, we appreciate Chevron Renewable Energy Group’s belief in our mission and their commitment to adults living with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. Thank you Chevron Renewable Energy Group for making an impact on our world and in the neighborhoods of our city.

Chevron Renewable Energy Group is leading the energy and transportation industries’ transition to lower carbon by converting renewable resources into high-quality fuels. They are an international producer of lower carbon fuels that significantly lower greenhouse gas emissions to immediately reduce carbon impact. Chevron Renewable Energy Group utilizes a global integrated procurement, distribution and logistics network to operate 11 biorefineries in the U.S. and Europe. In 2021, the business produced 480 million gallons delivering 4.1 million metric tons of carbon reduction. Chevron acquired Renewable Energy Group in June 2022.
